I am soon to turn 42 and am mother to a 7 year old son and wife of 11 years. In recent years my energy levels have really gone down as my weight has gone up. I work full time as a biologist and have never devoted enough time to really try to stay in shape. I've never really enjoyed exercise but I'm hoping I can get to the point where I do.
