After I ended Power 90 I went back to the bad habit of eating unhealthy food again. In 2006, six months before I got married, I was at 126 lbs so I decided to get in shape again for the wedding and did Power 90 videos again. For the wedding I ended up at 116 Lbs, and like in most cases after marriage I gained weight again. After having my first baby I purchased the P90X videos but before I even got started I got pregnant with my second child. In September 2009 I decided I was going to start P90X. I took my before picture and got started, after my first week of struggling I gave up again. Then the holidays came and the food with them. With a new year a new resolution came and was to get in shape again, this time I wanted to start with a not too hard video so I purchased “Rev Abs” (another beach body video). Finally, in February 2010 I committed to do something about my weight so I started and finished “Rev Abs” program. I was at 126 lbs when I started “Rev Abs” and ended at 116 lbs.

As you can see in the past my weight has always been up and down. As soon as I gain weight I get on a diet and lose it, but I have never tried to go beyond losing weight. By that I mean shaping my body, gaining muscle, building my skinny legs and making some abs. So, this time I am not going back to my old routines. I have made a commitment to build the body I’ve always wanted. I finally started P90X in June 28th, 2010 and ended at 107 lbs, kind of skinny, but I can already see muscle definition on me I don’t have abs yet but they are coming.

I have started a second round of P90X ready to keep growing muscle. I have been following my coach advise on how to put on some muscle weight. Her posts are very helpful to me. They are full of information and she has always answered my questions.
