Single mother of 3 children (17 years, 13 years and a 3 year old son). I work a full time job, with three kids, all demanding a little of your time, it can get hectic. I see so many transformations, that I wonder if it could possibly happen to me. I admire those with that drive and energy to exercise every single day. I find that I cannot stick to diets or exercise for long periods of time.
