Hi,
I'm a traveling artist and my bad habits are taking a toll. I've been an athlete since I was in elementary school, playing everything from football to wrestling, tennis, lacrosse, and rugby up until a few months ago. My work shifted and I've been on the go non-stop. I've put on about 25 pounds since the fall. Now I want to get back in shape and stay there.
