I strive to be as healthy as I possibly can and I will help others to do the same Since going through a Brain Tumor and now going through Medipause it's been a long road to recovery.I am finally on that road to become Healty and fit for life I have a new mission now to stay healthy,fit and MDB is getting me there.So don't ever let life's challenges get in the way.Inspire to be all you can be.I am so thankful that MDB has given me this opportunity to transform myself.I feel like a new person with a new life,and I know it will continue to get even better.
