I first started doing P90X Feb. 2010 with the idea of just getting back into shape. Then began feeling more energy and stronger. Now ten months later, still doing P90X along with Insanity, RevAbs, More ...
I first started doing P90X Feb. 2010 with the idea of just getting back into shape. Then began feeling more energy and stronger. Now ten months later, still doing P90X along with Insanity, RevAbs, Body Gospel and more I am seeing more results than I even considered. Shaping up toning my muscles is a nice feeling giving me something more than I even hoped for when I started out. It feels good to loose some body fat and tone up the muscles. It is now something I want to do for the rest of my life. Working out and altering eating habits has allowed me to focus on becoming healthier, energized and stronger over all. It's worth every minute.
