I turned 49 this past April and will be 50 in 2010. I regularly workout at the 24 hour fitness club for about 90 minutes 3-4 days per week.

I have eczema and asthma - thus can only handle about 15 minutes on the treadmill and my face breaks out when I sweat and also in hot conditions.

I started at the gym in summer of 2004 at 162 pounds and got it down to 145 and could fit into a size 9, I took
