I am a 36 year old mother of 4 kids,I was 163lb when I delivered my 4th child and went back to 130lbs right after.

Started 4/9/07 My daughter was in a terrible car accident, so most of my time was at the hospital. Restarted 4/23/07. I ended up being my daughters only caregiver. (broken neck and back) I still try More ...
Started 4/9/07 My daughter was in a terrible car accident, so most of my time was at the hospital. Restarted 4/23/07. I ended up being my daughters only caregiver. (broken neck and back) I still try to workout at least 5 days a week. I was deflated because I only lost 5 lbs... Then I got out the measureing tape and found that I had lost 4 inches in my middle and 2 off each thigh.

8/13/07 I did the slim in 6 program and I am now useing keep it up along with six pack abs. I had a computer meltdown and was not able to get on for weeks. YES! I kept pushing play. not as much though and I really felt it when I did not workout. My daughter is healed now so I can get back into my routine. I am writing down everything that I eat and taking the FDA approved Alli along with Centrum silver. YES! silver, it has more vitamin K.(helps my racoon eyes) I stay at 1200 calories per day. I have realistic goals now. Just because I gained 70 lbs in three months does not mean it is safe to lose it that fast.(not to mention saggy skin YUK!) My hubby says he already feels a difference when he holds me. I have set my routine for just after the youngest is off on the bus. I walk my mile and then workout usually at 9 am. summer schedule is anywhere from 10am-4pm.
