More statistics| Br8tstar I am 44yrs old. I have worked all my life - supported my 2 sons on my own for many years, remarried a terrific guy. Now my sons have flown the coop and its time to take care of myself. I have been overweight and frumpy for years, am relatively healthy and somewhat fit. 45 is around the corner and I want to look and feel fabulous this summer. I need help though, i have an issue with self control | ?
