My transformation has come from years of giving up what really makes me happy. Confidence. I truly cannot tell you the last time I have walked into a room and felt confident in who I am. I would say most of my weight hit when I was 23 and since then I have pretty much stayed the same. I have tried numerous times to lose weight, but result in nothing. I really hope by joining this site that I get what I have been lacking. I work out a lot, I think that my eating is what really throws me off. I either eat too little, or gorge too much. I am going to make this Day one and go with it the best as I can.
