Hello everyone. Let's get the stats out of the way. I am 30, Married, No kids. I work full time at a desk and I travel a lot.

Motivation: Not fitting comfortably in an airplane seat. Feeling better about me. Not worring if I am to big to fit or go somewhere. Looking good in everything I ware. Not trying to hide the parts I don't want people or myself to see. Self-Love.

I weigh 324.

I weigh 324. First step goal: 304 Second step goal: 290 Third step goal: 275. That is good for now.

I have tried a few of the beach body products, but none of them stuck. I am doing Turbo Jam and I think I am in love! For the first time ever I felt the workout along my complete abdominal wall.

I have a pretty busy life: work, I am very active in my faith, I am learning French, I am an Massage Therapist and do a little of that on the side, handout with friends, have two fur children, spend time with family, and last but not least try and clean my house from time to time. :)

I am going to have to carve out the time to be healthy and demonstate self-love. Whew that is a hard one. Expecially since I hate to sweat.
