Some teammates & I just started Insanity the Asylum. Talk about INTENSE training! After day 3 I already feel stronger, my pushups are getting easier, my hand-eye coordination is increasing, my body is loving this workout! I cut out dairy from my diet and I no longer have heartburn, I feel more energized, and it is easier than I thought to not eat dairy, esp. cheese. Will keep track of my body measurements. I am definitely gaining muscle!!!!!

My Turbo Fire/ChaLEAN Extreme Hybrid is COMPLETE! I can't say enough about Turbo Fire!!! It is such a fun and motivating workout. Chalene Johnson is an amazing trainer. I recommend her programs to all of my friends. We do her HIITs at Fit Club & the guys are the ones moaning and groaning =D
