Hello everyone. I live with my husband in south Florida where we are semi-retired. We are originally from Tennessee where our grown son and daughter live. Our daughter is married and has 3 little boys all under 4 years. I go back to Tennessee quite often to see them and help my daughter.

The end of 2007, I started the Slim In Six workout program and taking the Beach Body Supplements and eating better. During the holidays I actually lost weight and inches.When my newest grandson was born in February, I went to Tennessee to help out. I was too busy to get workouts done every day, but I actually kept on losing inches and weight slowly. When I came home from Tennessee in March, I started Slim In Six, Ramp It Up again, to work up to Burn It Up again. I have had chronic back pain and also a torn meniscus in my left knee for many years. Doing Slim In Six did not hurt me, but it is making my knees better. I am stronger and do not experience much pain anymore. I am hoping to never need to go to an expensive orthopedic doctor or have to do orthopedic therapy again. Since starting Slim In Six, Burn It Up, I am seeing results faster. I still struggle with Burn It Up, but I am getting better and I will keep trying. I would like to lose 10 more pounds.
After losing some weight, eating right and exercising regularly, and taking supplements, I no longer have to take some of the prescriptions I was taking.
My blood work readings this year, June 2008, showed my cholesterol dropped 40 points. In July, 2008, I had to have major surgery and could not workout for 6 weeks. I gained some weight back and had to start all over again. At my yearly physical in September, 2008, my doctor told me to continue what I had been doing and cut the cholesterol meds to half, and if my cholesterol levels are still good in 3 months it will be okay for me to stop taking that prescription. After going through surgery, traveling, and being sick with a virus, I am finally able to get back to a workout routine again. Nothing should stop me now from reaching my good health goals. I am doing the Slim in 6 workouts again because it is good for the whole body and it works. I hope my statistics will be better than they were when I did Slim in Six previously.
