I am 33, a physical education teacher, boys varsity basketball coach and Team Beachbody Coach. I am married and have two daughters.

I played football, basketball and golf in high school and have been active and interested in fitness my whole life. My goals include achieving and maintaining a high level of fitness that will be an example to others and to help people in their pursuit of health

Transformation story

I was active in sports growing up and stayed fit through college. After

I was active in sports growing up and stayed fit through college. After
graduation and added demands of teaching and coaching, I started to lose
track of maintaining fitness and ate whatever I wanted without any consistent
exercise. Consequently, my fitness deteriorated and I gained a lot of weight.
I really felt frustrated with trying to play sports the way I had before or even
keep up a regular workout routine.
A friend told me about p90x and then I saw the infomercial on TV. After a
little research, I was convinced it was worth a spin. I was not really sure I
would like working out at home, but I really fell in love with it. I have been
following the P90x nutrition plan to fuel my workouts and have felt the best I
have ever felt. I have more energy and have made huge gains in strength and
endurance. I lost 35 pounds doing P90X and have maintained my results using that program along with kicking my conditioning up a notch with Insanity and Asylum.

I decided that being an example of fitness, health and wellness is the best
way I can advocate for change in the trends toward obesity, especially in children I teach. I became a Team Beachbody Coach and
am excited to share my knowledge of fitness and enthusiasm for change with
others.
