Welcome! Fitness is such a huge part of my life and I hope my story may help you in some way. I currently live in Michigan, but I grew up in Ohio. I am 43 years old, married and have two children ages 7 & 9. After working out with Beachbody programs and raving all the time about how great all the products and people are that you meet along this journey, coaching was the logical next step. I

I started just like a lot of other people wanting to improve their health. I started walking around my neighborhood. I joined different classes, the gym and I even taught body sculpting when I couldn't afford to take the class. I enjoyed it so much and that was the only way I could do it, was to teach. I stayed active, but my eating habits were not terribly good and after having children the gym membership got paid, but wasn't getting used. I was always wondering why I was working out so much, but not seeing much change.I didn't have a lot of weight to lose, but I wanted to tone up. I thought if I worked out I could eat what I wanted. WRONG! It was so FRUSTRATING.
I saw the infomercial for P90X and why it caught my attention was because it was extreme, it was being done in someone's home and not a studio to make it look glamorous, but I was skeptical and frugal with my money. My husband actually had to make the move for me and order it. Because I had just spent $120.00 on a workout program I was going to commit and see if what they said was true. I woke up everyday at 5am. and followed the program. I also realized I needed to eat a whole lot better. I walked into my 20 year highschool reunion and I was so dang proud of myself for commiting and getting results. I felt fantastic and had more confidence than any day in my younger years. I continue to run and my 5k racing times have drastically improved. I am hooked on Beachbody and I have made so many great friends. If you are thinking about getting involved...TAKE THE CHANCE. It's worth it and I would be glad to help you along the way. Let's do it!!
