At 42 years old I entered graduate school so I wouldn't become stagnant in the job market; however, I neglected to not remain stagnant in my health. I slowly gained 20 pounds over the course of a year and went from my normal weight of 165 which is 15 lbs heavier than I should be, to weighing 185. I could start to feel myself literally clogging up and feeling all around heavy and lethargic.
