This is Elaine, thanks for stopping by and reading my profile. I am passionate about all things related to fitness and nutrition. I recently returned to the UK after spending 5 years in the USA. I have been working out consistently for the past 12 years. I have managed to maintain a good weight between 107 & 110 for the past 10 years (I am 5ft tall). However I have never felt that I have achieved the toning and sculpting that compliments my fitness levels.

I have always done a huge variety of different exercises and am always looking for a challenge. I heard about P90X through a friend and have decided to give it a go. I started the program on April 21st 2010 and never looked back. It has moved me onto a new level of fitness all together and I enjoyed the challenges and the varied workouts. I was overjoyed with my results and loved connecting with like minded people here on Beachbody.

I then continued to do a full round of Insanity and then onto a P90X / Insanity hybrid. I have also completed Brazilian Butt Lift and Asylum. Aside from my Beachbody programs I love to go to Bikram Yoga and get outdoors for biking and hiking. Being fit and healthy is the core root of what makes everything else in my life successful. I take care of me so I can take care of everything else.
