When i first started high school, the day before freshmen year started i had to go to the doctor due to pains in my torso, and when i got weighed it said i weighed 210 at the age of 15. I'm currently 19 years old, almost 20 weighing 151, (which will be updated as my weight HOPFULLY drops) Last year i graduated and i was 145 pounds. My goal is 120 but, my first goal is 145 and take it slow

In High school, before i started freshman year I had to go to the doctors because of chest pains. When they asked me to weigh myself, i was 210 pounds.. My senior year I was a happily 145.. I had dropped that weight within a few years. And now my new weight is to get from 149 (weight today 04/04/12) to 120
