My name is Brooke, I am 25 married with three kids ages 7,3 and 2. I live in Missouri and work out of my home as the secretary of our own Heating and Air Conditioning Business. I am currently about 35 pounds over my desired weight of 120 pounds, I have done Power 90 and lost about 20 pounds in the first 90 days but I wanted to try something different this time so i bought Turbo Jam and I am hoping

I am currently about 35 pounds over my desired weight of 120 pounds, I have done Power 90 and lost about 20 pounds in the first 90 days but I wanted to try something different this time so i bought Turbo Jam and I am hoping to see some awesome results.
I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember, not until recently I have let myself get the biggest I have ever been. I was on medication for depression because of my weight which in turn caused me to gain more weight, so i decided that I could stay on medication and remain overweight or I could Quit taking it and start trying to eat right and diet continually instead of giving up so easily. I struggled with bulimia for about five years and I was determined not to go back to my old habits so I am going to do it right this time. I have done good as far as my eating goes for about six months. So this is more of a healing process from the inside out, hopefully along the way I will find the strength and courage to make the right decisions and form good habits that will last a lifetime.
