My name is Brooke and I am 27 years old. I am finally READY to make a change in my life. The weight crept up on me over a few years and then one day I realized how big I have actually gotten. I do have RA and have had back and knee surgery and sometimes it makes exercise very very hard. But, I will not let that be my excuse any more! I may have to do this slowly but I will not give up this time. I
