I started out my program Nov,11,2007. I walk 3 miles everyday. I watch my
diet and take the slimming formula. I lost 40 lbs and I feel great. All you have

I started out my program Nov,11,2007. I walk 3 miles everyday. I watch my
diet and take the slimming formula. I lost 40 lbs and I feel great. All you have
to do is diet and exercise and you will succeed. Now I look 10 years younger,
thanks to MDB. Well I also started swimming a few times a week and it's a
great source of exercise. In the last week of March I started to walk 4 miles a
day. I also lost another 2 inchs off my waist. I increased my walking to 31/2
miles a day and I feel great.I would like to get my weight down toi 205 lbs.
Up to date I lost another 2 lbs.I just lost another pound this week, I am
getting ready for July 4th bash. Well July 4th is this Friday and I hope I don't
gain any weight. I am walking 3 miles a day in 105 degrees plus days. Well I
survied the 4th of july, not only did I not gain any weight, I lost a pound.You

am maintaining my weight and I am walking 31/2 miles a day. Well I have to
go walking xtra time because of vacation. Let's see if I can maintain my
weight. Well I am letting my hair turn grey, no more dye for me. My next goal
is to strenghten my legs. Well I lost another inch of my waiste. Well I gained 4 lbs at thanksgiving and now I need to walk more and exercise. Well I am back on track, I lost 3 lbs. this week. I hope to lose 10 more pounds by the end of Jan. 09. Well its the new year and I gained a few, but now I will expand my exercise's to meet and exceed my goals. My new goal is to strengthen my back. I am now doing back exercising methods. I just lost about 10 lbs. during the month of March. I am getting ready for the swimming season. I am staying steady holding my weight. Another swimming season is coming on, I am getting my pool ready for the new season. I gained a few pounds recently so now it's time to get serious. I weigh 231 lbs and my goal is 219. I am going to set another goal of 215 lbs. This will be easy because I walk 3 miles a day in the summer which the average temperature is 105 degrees. Well I am walking 3 miles a day in the heat and with the help of Team Beach Body I am on the right track to my well being.
