Being a bartender in Vegas I know I need to stay looking good because there is always competition from younger, hotter bartenders. In February 2008 I had to go buy fat jeans size 14. I weighed 173 lbs. At that point I said "THAT'S IT". Since then I have lost 15 lbs and am a size 10. I just cut down my portions and fried foods. More ...
