Growing up, I was very active: dance, gymnastics, swimming, skating, and years of martial arts up to black belt. However, a lung condition (Lacking air capacity due to scar tissue) threatened me with a more sedentary lifestyle, which I am looking to combat.

I started with Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer, but quickly moved into P90X, and then into Insanity. The changes in my body were phenomenal, and the changes to my stamina and strength were beyond anything I could have imagined.

Now my workout arsenal includes P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, Brazil Butt lift, and lifting heavy days at the gym!
