I've never really been one to exercise much and my diet has always been pretty bad but youth and having physically demanding jobs always kept me in decent shape. Now I've hit my 30's and sit at a desk most of the day so in less than 2 years I've gone from 180 lbs to 215 lbs. Most of that extra weight seems to have found it's way to my midsection and once I had to start
