Hi All,

My name is Lori Gaudette from Manchester, NH.
I am a business owner since 2002 Buy Your Tickets Here is my business name and .com .

Throughout the years I was always very energernic hiked bike and more. Unfortunately when opening my business from scratch I had to put in a incredible amount of hours to get it off the ground. Choices had to be made and had to give up most of my extra activities.

I had a back injury in 2005 and took a couple years
to recover. Now is my time to once again get back into the things I love to do.

I am in my 4 the day of power 90 (June 29, 2008)
and will be here daily to cheer each other on!

I am on the 2nd week of my work out.
Yoga is still abit to hard and jumping is difficult.
I am not working up a sweat on the cardio part.
However I switched to a taebo and worked up alot of sweat.
When I lose 10 LBs I will be going back to cardio work out
on power 90.

Doing well on the sculpting challeging but, possible.

my future plans is to excerise 6 days a week. Write down food and activities and make slow adjustable changes.

Such as cut down business hours More ...

Such as cut down business hours to a 40 hour week, change eating habits, and increase activities.( Be Healtier!)
