Hi! My name is Casey Erwin and I'm a 27-year old mother of two beautiful boys and wife of my husband Scott of nearly 9 years. After my first child was born, I became careless in my health and eating habits and the weight just began to pile on. I was starting to take notice in my breathing changes, I could hardly walk anymore without being out of breath. Then came the yo-yo dieting, what seemed like an endless journey of starting a diet and giving up when I seen no dramatic changes quickly (my life story).

After my second child was born, I was noticing even more changes. I was now isolating myself from the outside world. I didn't want to be apart of it, I was embarrassed for people to see me the way that I seen myself. This decision was hurting everyone around me! My kids were suffering the most out of everyone because I didn't want to so much as go to the park. These decisions started to eat away at me. My kids didn't deserve this and I was starting to feel as though I didn't deserve my kids.

I started to seeing commercials of ALL types of dieting programs. I was looking at people's dramatic before and after pictures. I always thought that it was a joke, this can't be real. Either these pictures were photo-shopped or these were actors. I always had reasoning for everything I seen until I seen the pictures of someone I actually knew! When I seen the before and after pictures of my friends husband, Scott Shoup, I knew that there was a possibility that maybe I could do this too.

So here I am today getting ready to go through this journey for one last time. There comes a time where the yo-yo dieting must stop. I can't get results if I don't follow through with them. I don't want to enter my 30's in the same shape I've lived most of my 20's. More importantly, I don't want to wake up 30 years from now with a life-time worth of "what if's"... There will be no more what-if's and more "I can and I will". I know that I have a great support system behind me and I'm excited to start Turbo Jam and get back to my old self that I know is deep inside!
