Hi, my name is Carol, and I am 47 years young. I have lived in CHGO all of my life. I have been a teacher for many years. Teaching has kept me feeling younger each year. I have a wonderful family, 2 handsome boys, 14 and 10, and a great husband. I love to swim, ski, play tennis and softball, take long walks and dance, just to name a few.
I have somewhat struggled with my weight, however, I 've managed to keep off 30 pounds over the past 15 years. Even though I am active with sports, walking, and eating healthy, I feel that I could work extra hard to firm my body and subtract some more weight. I am a type 2 diabetic, for the past few years, so I know the do's and don'ts of eating right, and this has helped me to get where I am at this point in my life. I am very excited to be taking on a new route, in order to successfully make more changes which will lead to a longer and healthier life. The best thing about being here is that I will be able to be with others like me, and get the support I need and have missed out on over the years, and to have some fun. (THANKS to Jason and Stacy, and all of the other coaches/members, who'll be around for the support when I need it.)
Last, but not least, I am determined to be healthier and sexier than ever before, by making this committment to myself. I WILL SUCCEED AT MY OWN GAME!
