More statistics| CNFI12 Hey! I'm Errol. I'm a retired Army Master Fitness Trainer. Once upon a time, in a land far, far, FAR away, I would run my soldiers until I heard one throw up. Then, we would turn around and go home. Now, I don't even run to the bathroom in the morning! But that is about to change. Two weeks ago, I weighed 258lbs. Today, I was at 249.5. My goal is 205lbs.
