Hi all. I'm a busy Mom who works full time. After having a child, my metabolism seemed to slow down and I just wasn't making exercise a priority for myself. Now that my child is older, I'm back to focusing on my health and have been involved with BB programs for over 2 years.

I have lost 20 pounds to date and am well on my way to my goal. I've worked through P90X, P90X2, LMC, Insanity. I just ordered Rev Abs recentlys and I've been mixing in with P90X2 series. LOVE that my Core is finally getting stronger and leaner.

I'm starting Focus T25 with a small challenge group on August 5th, 2013! I am also training for a marathon that I'll be running in early October. The 25 minute workouts will still allow me to have enough time to run during the busy week and get me that much closer to my goal.
