Hi everyone! If I have been assigned as your coach, please email me, text me and or Facebook me! I am available to you and am honored to be part of your journey :)

I have always struggled with food and my weight. In the 8th grade I weighed 197 pounds!!! Fast forward to 2002 I weighed 173 pounds on my wedding day thanks to weight watchers and exercise!! Soon after I developed hypothyroidism...great! After many attempts to get the medication correct I ballooned to 189 pounds. On top of that I became pregnant. Upon delivery I weighed 255 pounds (2004), OMG! I have lost some weight on my own but it has been very slow (since i am an emotional eater, too...).I tried many fast fixes and anything from slim in 6 to tae bo but never stuck with anything long enough to see real results...THEN...I started Turbo jam in April 2008 and loved the way it made me
feel and I loved the fact that I was losing inches, steadily. I started weight
watchers (again) on September 8, 2008 and I have seen wonderful progress. Finally getting
the eating in check!!

UPDATE: Ok, now fast forward to April 2009...I find myself putting off exercise for so many reasons and gained back 20 lbs i had lost.

UPDATE: APRIL 3, 2010 I decided to become a BeachBody Coach to keep myself accountable and help others along my journey to health and fitness. I will do my best to support you and motivate you. Feel free to contact me anytime. We can do this together!

UPDATE: May 1, 2010 Lost 5 pounds and 6.5 inches after phase 1 of ChaLEAN EXTREME. Overall, there were days I was not my best with food. I did move my body and gave no excuses. I am looking forward to where the next 30 days will take me physically and emotionally.

UPDATE: May 10, 2010 I look forward to working out now and get excited over the thought of using heavier weights...My daughter wants to work out with me...I LOVE the NEW us!!!

UPDATE: May 20, 2010 W1D1 Training for an August 5k!!!

UPDATE: June 20, 2010 still moving toward my goal, some stumbling and obstacles to tackle.

UPDATE: August 14, 2010 Sadly, my first 5k was set aside due to a challenging pregnancy and miscarriage...i am hoping to get back on the band wagon and be ready for my first 5k in October :)

Until then I am listening to my body and the Doctor to give me the go-ahead to continue on CLX~Style :) I am working my nutrition like a champ :)

UPDATE: August 2010~~ Starting a 6 week Online/Facebook Shape-up ~~ Because we are worth it :)

UPDATE: Sept 1, 2010...TOday I faced fear in the face...I conquered Plyometrics and decided to make this day 1 of my P90X journey. Crazy, I know!!! It feels great to challenge myself and Lose some Pounds I gained while sitting idle before and after my miscarriage :) I have always feared P90X, it's a great feeling to be ready to face it :) My daughter jumped in on several moves, especially when i told her how FUN they were. She especially liked some of the names Tony has for his moves. I will keep you posted on my progress :)
In the meantime, I will be Bringing it!!

January 4, 2012~~Holy Moly! Looks like I have been so focused on my PRIVATE fitness support group that I was updating there and not here :) Silly me :) Having earned the Coach trip to the Atlantis in March 2012, I am on a BRAZIL BUTT LIFT journey. Day 3 today with added cardio. I am SUPER sore today in ALL the right places :)
