I am a 27 year old active & crazy girl! I am a local traveling Emergency Room Registered Nurse working insane hours and LOVE trauma! I absolutely love the outdoors...wakeboarding, trail jogging, snow skiing, snow boarding, mountain biking, and hiking. I love to take risks and try new things, and that's why I'm here with Beach Body. Not really a video workout type girl, but once I was introduced to BB P90 and P90X, I've been addicted since. I'll admit, I haven't been the die-hard push play every single day for the last 4 years girl, but you bet I've been active and health conscious. When I don't have the full-time or energy to put in a workout, I just take some of my most favorite and intense activities from P90X and/or P90 and make my own routine (Just like Tony did at fitness camp). Fitness undoubtedly gives me more stamina, endurance, energy, and love for life! I am a happier person because of it, and it is who I am! How lucky am I? Fitness rocks! Bring it on!!!
