Hello! My name is Christine and I am 25 years old. People tell me I am always happy and never seem to have a bad day...I do not think this is a bad thing! I graduated with my Master's Degree from the University of Toledo in Speech-Language Pathology; one of the things I am most proud of. I work with kids of all ages with various speech and language impairments and LOVE it!! The feeling I Hello! My name is Christine and I am 25 years old. I work with kids of all ages with various speech and language impairments and LOVE it!! The feeling I get after helping a child overcome some aspects of their life is indescribable. Fitness is very important to me. I like to stay active through working out, golfing, skiing, snowboarding, going to the park, dancing and trying new things. I am continuing to learn how to cook healthy meals and help others learn about being healthy and fit. I am working toward maintaining a weight of approximately 125-128 lbs. When I am not at work or working out, I enjoy reading, listening to music, traveling, shopping, lounging by the pool in the Summer and hanging out with friends. I enjoy photography and a dream of mine is to do some photography work on the side; who knows what the future holds. I keep a positive outlook on life and know that the more I put into it, more the more I will get!

Did you ever look in the mirror one day and realize, "You need to do something about this!" ? This day came for me during college as I looked at myself and other people around me. I have always been heavier than I have wanted during high school and college. Even though I danced for ten years and was active in high school and worked out during college, nothing seemed to give me the results I wanted and my body stayed the same. I knew that my friends and family liked me for me, but I still did not feel as confident or as "pretty" as I wanted. About three years ago I began taking Turbo Kick classes, and it changed my body AND life! My instructor convinced me to get certified to teach and wow was that a great move! I loved teaching, but most of all helping others get fit and feel confident! People came up to me after class telling me how thankful they were for helping change their bodies; that's a pretty good feeling! One girl even told me how much weight she lost and how many sizes she dropped!! Not to mention, Turbo Kick totally changed MY body! I always had pretty good self esteem, but my new body gave me confidence to meet new people and buy clothes I would not have before! My energy increased and I taught other classes besides Turbo Kick. Because of my field of study, I started graduate school at this point, which became very stressful. Unfortunately, even through working out and still losing some weight, I was not seeing the complete results I wanted. Stress does have an impact when trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle...just keep on going through it-you will make it! The day of graduation with my Master's was another part of my transformation. I was now able to focus on ME and the healthy lifestyle and body I wanted! I kept doing Turbo and incorporated more weight training and watched myself get smaller and smaller! I have continually lost weight over the years and the compliments I get from others are truly amazing; and I have Beach Body and Turbo Kick to partly thank for that!! I make it a priority to work out at least 4 times a week. I love to run now and do circuit training, as well as take Turbo Kick classes regularly. I have began taking Yoga, which I recommend to anyone! Eating healthy meals is another part of my life and , while sometimes a challenge, it makes a difference in my overall health and how I feel. The more healthy options I put in, the more energy and positive feelings I get through the day! I am thankful for how Beach Body began my transformation; but they also gave me the drive to CONTINUE on my healthy path! Thank you!!
