I am becoming a Team Beach Body addict! I've done p90x/Insanity hybrid, and I'm just starting TurboFire while also going to CrossFit a couple times a week! I love Shakeo, E&E, and I'm excited to try R&R next!

I lost 10lbs, 2" off my waist and hips, and decreased by body fat by 11%!!! I also took 2min off my 5k time and ran only during the actual races. My goal was to tone up for my wedding, and I did! More ...
I lost 10lbs, 2" off my waist and hips, and decreased by body fat by 11%!!! I also took 2min off my 5k time and ran only during the actual races. My goal was to tone up for my wedding, and I did!
A large part of my success has been having the Team Beach Body community, and my coach, Rachel Boller. She's amazing! It's just a great way to share your goals, challenges with specific moves/workouts, and just have fun with working out. I love my coach and my challenge group! It has really been vital in keeping me motivated!
NEW GOAL: Drop below 20% body fat!
