Hi! My name is Calvina and I'm 23 years old. I am married and have 3 beautiful children. I have a 3 year old, a 16 month old and a 5 month old. I was always in very good shape and was very active. When I got pregnant the first time, I went into labor at 19 weeks and was put on complete bedrest. I gained around 80lbs during that time! I was able to get back down to 150lbs before I got pregnant

Hi! My name is Calvina and I'm 23 years old. I am married and have 3 beautiful children. I have a 3 year old, a 16 month old and a 5 month old. I was always in very good shape and was very active. When I got pregnant the first time, I went into labor at 19 weeks and was put on complete bedrest. I gained around 80lbs during that time! I was able to get back down to 150lbs before I got pregnant with my second. I was put on bedrest at the end of that pregnancy and had gained 40lbs. After having my second, I started immediately working very hard to lose weight. When he was 12 weeks old I found out I was 4 weeks pregnant with my third! I had only got back down to 180. My pregnancy with my little girl was better but I still had a "no exercise" restriction. I only gained 30lbs with her! Now after having her I am stuck at 180. I want to get back to 140 where I was the healthiest so that I can have more energy to do things with my children.
