I am the mother of 4 and the wife of a marine. I grew up as a very skinny girl sometimes being teased for being to skinny. Then after my first daughter it was still easy to get back down. So, at this point I thought having kids was no big deal I thought I could have kids and get back down with no problem. It wasn't til the birth of my 4th child when I realized that this was no longer true.

I am the mother of 4 and the wife of a marine. I grew up as a very skinny girl sometimes being teased for being to skinny. Then after my first daughter it was still easy to get back down. So, at this point I thought having kids was no big deal I thought I could have kids and get back down with no problem. It wasn't til the birth of my 4th child when I realized that this was no longer true. After the birth I did get back down to my before weight. So, I was happy about that but then I became a stay at home mom and eating to pass the time by became a habit. That is when I reached my all time high of 187 lbs. This was the largest I had ever been more than I had weighed with any pregnancy. So, I began to exercise and I did get some results but not the ones I wanted. So, I started trying Hydroxy cut which this didn't help at all it didn't increase my energy at all it only decreased my appetite and after the pill wore off I was right back eating. At this point I knew I had to try something else. I enjoy walking so I was doing that on a regular basis but I was eating also so I only stayed at a even scale. So, I think my biggest problem is eating but now I have decided to began watching my calories and doing the P90X and hopefully with your support I will get back down to being the skinny girl everyone use to tease!!!!!!
