First of all, my "Overall Goal" is not just to build muscle, it's "really to Lose Fat and Build Muscle."
Having started exactly 5 months ago today, I have met many aspects of my goals, however I still have 8 lbs to go-- I think I've lost about 12 lbs (though I didn't weigh in at the start). I delayed strength training until only 10 days ago, so results in that category are just beginning to show up.
