Welcome to Beachbody! If you were referred here by Cornerstone Counseling, your physician or Beachbody itself, I'm glad you're here! The following is a bit about my transformation story which has occured since I started working out with Beachbody products. I hope you'll feel encouraged to address your own health and wellness issues as well!

My transformation is well under way! My old pants no longer fit, my energy is GREAT, I can play with my kids and not ache and my whole attitude is better! THIS is a powerful transformation! I'm so blessed to have great people encouraging along my journey. My mantra has really become: Make Today Count. That's all I can control and so I'm doing my best to live this out!

I started with two segments of ten minute trainer every day and included a 1 1/2 to 2 mile daily walk. This worked great for my crazy schedule allowing me a chance to work out at both ends of the day. I've found that you've got to do what works for you.

After 2 months of 10 Minute Trainer I started and completed Power 90! Now that I've shed over 45 pounds and have lost inches everywhere, I've decided to embark on the P90X program! I'm excited and have already found that the 10 minute trainer was/is a fantastic preparation program for Power 90. I'm familiar with the exercises and have used both resistance bands and free weights with the Power 90. I'm looking forward to a continued transformation over the next 90 days with P90X. But as we so commonly hear and read from others, the true transformation - the one between my ears and with my habits - has already begun! I'll just keep pushing the play button because I have "decided, committed, and am succeeding!" So can you!
