I live in Parker, Colorado with my husband and two daughters. I was always thin growing up and even after I had both of my children, weight wasn't an issue. Somewhere in my late twenties all my bad decisions about food and alcohol caught up with me. I remember sitting at one of my favorite restaurants in Omaha, NE (my hometown) on my 30th birthday feeling fat, uncomfortable and ashamed. My weight at that time was 197lbs, last time I weighed that much I was 9 months pregnant. I was disgusted with the way I looked and felt. How did I let this happen? That night I went home and ordered Slim in 6. Once I completed that program I ordered Turbo Jam, Power 90 and am currently doing Chalean Extreme. I have had a few set backs along the way, like most people but I have learned from every single one of them. Through Beachbody I have learned how to have a well balanced, healthy lifestyle. I am proud to say that I have encouraged my supportive husband to start working out again. My kids have learned more about fitness and nutrition thanks to Beachbody and Shawn T & the kids work out. Beachbody has inspired my entire family to get active and healthy, just push play!
