I am a single mom and have been in sports all my life. I played soccer from the age of 9yrs to 32yrs old. My priorities changed when I had children. I love my family very much. I have had my share of rocky relationships, all of which I have not received any support for my personal goals. At 30 yrs of age I decided to commit my-self to a lifestyle change. I am a single mom and have been in sports all my life. I played soccer from the age of 9yrs to 32yrs old. My priorities changed when I had children. I love my family very much. I have had my share of rocky relationships, all of which I have not received any support for my personal goals. At 30 yrs of age I decided to commit my-self to a lifestyle change. I quit smoking 11yrs ago cold turkey and 6 months later started Tae Kwon Do at my all-time heaviest weight 184lbs. I am 5'4" and that was too much weight for my frame to handle. I achieved a brown belt in Tae Kwon Do and lost 44lbs. I felt great and looked great. Then I changed my style of Martial Arts to Karate. I am currently a 3rd degree black belt and a Karate instructor. I have taken the basic required course for a personal trainer through the YMCA. I have neglected my cardio activity terribly and have put on 50lbs over the last 5 yrs. I am fed up and have decided that this has to come off for good. Thank you for inviting me to be a member of Turbo Jam. I hope my story and future success inspires people as well.
