Nutrition:
I believe that nutrition is definitely the most important part of any workout program. Even if you are going above and beyond in all of your workouts, do not expect to see absolutely amazing results if your nutrition plan is not up to par. I follow close to a 40% carb, 40% protein, and 20% fat ratio. Supplements that I consume daily are Chocolate Vegan Shakeology, Energy & Endurance

I officially began my Beachbody journey in April of 2012. As of right now, I have completed Insanity, two rounds of Insanity Asylum Volume 1, and P90X Classic. I am currently not able to workout due to illness and I plan on starting my second round of Insanity as soon as I can.
