Hi My name is Catherine Colombo,

I grew up in Montauk,New York. My dad raised my sister, brother and I all by himself which was rare back then for a guy to get custody of three kids. My mom left when I was three and now lives somewhere in Vegas. I am the youngest and shortest ,at 5'10", in my family. I am very close to my sister who is ten years older then me. I am a daddies girl.

I was always very athletic growing up. I had three scholarships being given to me until I got into a really bad plane crash and broke my neck. I was paralyzed from the neck down for a while. I was More ...
I was always very athletic growing up. I had three scholarships being given to me until I got into a really bad plane crash and broke my neck. I was paralyzed from the neck down for a while. I was very lucky that I was able to make a 90% total recovery of my bodily functions. I have arthritis in my neck that makes my neck very stiff at times.
The past two years I had back to back pregnancies. My 3 kids are 14 months apart. My first was a little boy and my second one I had boy and girl twins, which I was put on bed rest for the last four months of the pregnancy. So you can imagine how out of shape I was.
After having my twins I joined the gym and I joined a military style boot camp. It was a great way for me to get started and I had a lot of fun meeting a lot of people like me trying to get there bodies back in shape. I lost 25 pounds in three months.
When the three months were up on my boot camp, I didn't continue because of the expense. I went to the gym and did my best with walking on the treadmill and climbing the stair master but there was no support.
After a while I stopped going because it got boring and it was hard for me to drag all three of my little ones to the gym with me. I started to gain the weight back and become very tired all the time and started to get depressed about the way my body was looking. The hardest thing for me was that I couldn't keep up with my kids because of being out of shape and all I wanted to do is eat junk food and sleep. I would eat a whole chocolate cake all by myself every week. I would eat cookies before I went to sleep as well.
One day my husband Keith told me about million dollar body.
I first read a lot of the profiles of different people getting in shape with MDB. I thought to myself if these people can do it so can I. I started pushing play and I have lost 18 pounds and went from 33% body fat to 16.4% in 90 days with slim in 6 and turbo jam. I also started to watch Thin Kitchen and got a lot of ideas of how to eat healthier. Now I love to make a lot of healthy meals and snacks for myself and my family and my kids are learning from me that eating healthy is a good thing. I have so much energy now that my little ones and I have so much fun together and Mommy's not tired anymore!!!
My husband travels a lot for work and we don't get much time to see each other or get to talk to each other. Which was a very big stress on our marriage.
We now start our day on line and do our workouts together, no matter where he is. We are both looking and feeling great and with wowy we are able to do it together and the stress is gone!!
