Being a Marine, physical fitness has always been a required job skill. However, I have never loved to exercise, therefore my physical abilities have always suffered.

My wife and I getting involved in P90X has completely changed that problem. P90X has influenced every workout I have done since and has paid many dividends. It has made working out new and exciting every time we do it.

My squadron recently performed an annual Combat Fitness Test (CFT). The CFT ran like a P90X workout. Max exersion with minimal rest between events. While others were sucking wind, I was ready for the next event. I was able to max every event and achieved a perfect score.

I have never done that before. It was awesome!
