I enjoy living here. It is beautiful. I started Turbo Jam last year. I don't do it often. I get on these little fitness kicks where I want to lose weight, but have no willpower. I am ready to really start this time. I want to be a new me by Christmas. I would like to lose at least 20 lbs by then. I weigh 180lbs and am 5'5. I have always had a problem with my weight. I was 203lbs when I was 14 years old. My lowest weight was 150lbs when my husband went away on cruise. When he came home we started eating out a lot and I gained it all back plus some. I don't feel very good the way I am right now. It is getting harder to do little things. I just want to be healthy and have more energy.
