My name is Chuck and I'm 40. I've been married 18 years to a fantastic woman (my best friend!)We have two teenagers, my daughter will graduate high school this year, and my son will be getting his drivers permit soon!
We are the typical family very busy and on the GO! For the last 7 years I have been employed as a technical support specialist. It's the typical sedentary office job.

Round 2 of P90X ends June 15, 2009. I feel Great! It has been awesome, tough but awesome!

Before I started the P90X program, I had been recovering from a bulging disc injury that happened back in October of 2006. Because of the injury my enthusiasm for exercise was at an all time low. I didn't exercise much because I feared that if I did I might damage my back further, so the extent of my exercise consisted of some mild core training moves that I learned from visits to my chiropractor. I did this to try and improve my lower back strength.
This helped as far as keeping me upright and walking with the occasional aches and pains associated with a lower back injury but as you know time goes by and you become comfortable in your daily routines and the weight starts adding on.
My wife saw the infomercial for P90X in June 2008 and she decided to order it. When we received the DVD's we read the material, took the before pictures and measurements and um yea! The Before Pictures are a very clear motivator!
When I viewed my side view pictures my posture looked ridiculous!
After seeing our pictures I made the decision that I was going to treat this as my #1 challenge!
Do what it takes to follow the program and get results.

I also learned through the material provided that I needed to change my eating habits. I was not eating anywhere near the calories that I should have been and I was not always eating the best choice of foods.
I can say now that my whole family eats much healthier than we did previous to this program :)

So here I am round 2 of P90X and my back has strengthened immensely and feels great! I feel really good and it has been a very Win Win situation for me.

I would urge anyone contemplating this program to challenge your SELF!
Yes its hard and old habits are hard to break but Modify where you meet trouble, be persistent and great results will come.
