I've been doing aerobics and weight training since my early twenties. I started TurboJam back in the spring of 2007. I lost weight, but somehow after vacation in the fall of 2007 everything fell apart. I stopped exercising, was eating poorly and as of 1/2/09 I have been told I have put on a total of 38 pounds. That afternoon my copy of Chalean Extreme arrived. I started the next day.

I started Chalean Extreme on 1/3/09 after being told by my doctor to lose 10 pounds in 3 months. I already knew every thing I was doing wrong. I've been doing the Chalean extreme per the schedule More ...
I started Chalean Extreme on 1/3/09 after being told by my doctor to lose 10 pounds in 3 months. I already knew every thing I was doing wrong. I've been doing the Chalean extreme per the schedule and added daily walks at work and with my dogs. Between each month on the Exteme Program I mix it up a little by doing a couple days of TurboJam before beginning the next phase. My roommate is interested in starting the program in the next month. I will restart again so that we can be supportive of each other in our efforts.
