I have been getting up every morning at 5.m. and I do a cardio program for
30-40 minutes and then I alternate upper body weight lifting on one day and
the next day I do lower body More ...
I have been getting up every morning at 5.m. and I do a cardio program for
30-40 minutes and then I alternate upper body weight lifting on one day and
the next day I do lower body buns/legs and abs. I have placed myself on a
1000 to 1200 calorie meal plan and I have stuck with it almost religiously.
Because of this I have achieved a 24 pound weight loss in the last 21 days. My
goal is to go from a size 22 down to a size 6 and my starting weight on
January 5th 2009 was 252 pounds of which I have lost, NOT mis-placed (ha
ha) 24 pounds, taking me down to 228 pounds!! I am thrilled, motivated,
excited and eager to keep losing weight, gaining muscle and achieving the
life I was meant to live. Life is short.....and I'm sick of making excuses. It's
time to live my life to the fullest and motivate those around me to do the
same.
