I am going thru a very difficult time in my life while my husband is presently incarcerated. I needed a workout that would help to lift me out of the depression that I was experiencing due to his absence. That's why I selected Shawn T's Hip Hop Abs and Rockin Body dvd. I needed to see myself as a diva even before my body actually began to look like that. Since I really love to dance and really don't like to get out in the party scene while my husband is away, it felt great to party at home with Shawn T and the crew. I also have tried a few of his recipes but really need to work on making more changes to my diet in the next 90 days. I also walk to the park a lot and sometimes I am forced to walk to work or to the store when my car is not running. I take the time to really enjoy the nature the God created and I feel great knowing that I am still giving my heart and body a great workout in addition to what I am doing at home. A few weeks ago I went to the doctor for a check up and she was amazed at the weight that I had lost and said that she would have to check out my site to see if this might be something that she needs to share with her clients. I was in shock when I saw how much weight I had lost. I never would have expected Beachbody to help to pull me thru this really dark time in my life. My goal in the next 90 days is also to be able to get off of my blood pressure medicine as I believe that diet changes,increased exercise and decreased stress will all help me to achieve this goal. I really want to incorporate Shakeology into my diet but can not afford it yet. I will continue to pray for a financial breakthru to help me to get it soon. I am so excited about my life now.
