I am very happy you decided to visit my site. I am an independent
representative of Team BeachBody and feel very fortunate to be able to
promote products that make it possible to achieve your fitness goals no
matter your age or lifestyle.

Team BeachBody is more than fitness products. It represents a lifestyle that
is focused on life long wellness. The community is made up of everyday
people just like you and I that share the desire to look better, feel better and
spread the word about how they did it. You will be inspired by the members
of the MDB community just as much as you will be of the trainers and the
fitness programs.

It is obvious that I am passionate about fitness and Team BeachBody. Now let
me tell you about myself.

I am a 37 year old husband, married to my darling wife Barbara for 12 years
and residing in South Florida. I was born and raised in New York. I came to
Florida when I was 20 years old to attend Nova Southeastern University. It is
there that I met Barbara, fell in love, got married and never looked back. I
have a background in the legal profession. My B.S. degree is in Legal Studies
and I worked as a paralegal for 7 years to help with the costs of my education
and living expenses. After 7 years as a paralegal, I decided not to attend law
school and instead opted to get a M.S. degree in Information Technology.
Computers have been my friend since I was a child. My mother noticed this
and sent me to computer day camp in the summer time so I could be
exposed to them. In the last 11 years, I had the opportunity to build robots,
deploy computer networks and educate people about how to implement
computer systems and wireless networks without pulling their hair out in the
process!! Keeping children safe on the Internet is another one of my goals
and I consult with parents to raise awareness about the threats and how to
monitor their children's web surfing. I do not have any children, but I do
hope to start a family one day.

Unfortunately, I lost sight of my diet and exercise plan as I entered adult life.
I just did not make the time to do it once the pressures of life started. It was
not long before a nice size spare tire appeared around my waist as a result of
a sedentary lifestyle. Long hours in the office coupled with frequent travel
and my metabolism went into the toilet. I felt horrible! I weighed in at 164
lbs. and 28% body fat. I started training with a personal trainer and began
feeling the positive impacts of exercise and nutrition. In 16 weeks, I was 134
lbs. and 12% body fat. As it stands today, I am 155 lbs. and 17% body fat.
But I have replaced body fat with lean muscle. My goal with Team BeachBody
is 10% body fat and six pack abs. Team BeachBody has expert nutrition and
exercise programs that make it possible to achieve the body and level of
fitness anyone desires. I encourage you to watch my transformation and
