Born May 7th 1995 in Michigan, I grew up a very active kid, didn't play sports til highschool but still in elementary school i was young and active but when i go in middle school i hit the "lazy" phase and would just eat and sit around and eventually it started to pack on to the stomach, when i hit high school nothing changed because i didn't care as i grew taller i thinned but still nothing changed. It was until 10th grade (sophmore) something changed my mind probably god telling me that i need to turn my life around so i decided to try football and i loved it, sure it was hard and tiring but it was fun and my asthma didn't kick in which was weird but i ended up hurting my knee and was out for the season so back to being lazy. then 11th year (junior) came around and it was january and I saw the commercial for insanity and right there i knew that this was my calling and for the months to come i would just sit there and watch the commericals thinking how awesome it would be to do this and then I confronted my parents and we talked about it and they decided it was good for me and then March 6th 2012 I put in Insanity and began my journey to change. I was 16 6ft 5in 210lbs wanting to change. I lost 28 lbs the first time doing it but saw nothing just a smaller stomach so i tried again and lost 18lbs and once again no great results besides better endurance and cardio but no appearance results. there was a somthing there but not what i wanted and got mad because I knew i wasnt eating the right amounts and right foods. It was hard because my family wasnt really a great help so i had to learn it all myself and i still have a lot learn. I will master the way of exercising
