Hi! I am 51 years old, married and mother of 3 grown kids. I'm also a registered nurse currently work in the area of wellness. I have been self employed since 1993 and consult with individuals to help them make changes in their exercise and eating habits for better health. My business name is Concepts in Weight Management. I also do exams for insurance companies as a private contractor.

After 3 kids I had to do something to stay in shape. I went from casual walking a few times a week to exercising 5-6 hours a week. Several years ago I started training in Tae Kwon Do and earned a second degree black belt. Since then I have added free weights and various aerobic workouts to improve my overall fitness to stay on top of that age related weight gain! I have finished 4 rounds of P90X and now am doing INSANITY and see improvements each and every month. I actually have muscle in my back and my cardiovascular endurance has improved! I kickbox 2-3 times a week in a group setting in addition to INSANITY. My goal is to be strong, functional and flexible as I age (and maybe have a flat belly!)
